None of the Henry County Water Authority’s customers will lose their water and sewer service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As one of several phases of the authority’s plan to address the crisis, officials announced in a recent statement that any customer cutoffs would be suspended, and customers would be allowed to make special payment arrangements when necessary. As with all government agencies in Henry County, the offices are closed to the public but customer service personnel are available via phone and email.

Customers can pay their bills online, by phone or mobile device, as well as at the authority’s drive-through window.
