The Henry County Board of Commissioners approved a resolution at its June 2 regular meeting authorizing the county’s police and HR departments to share the $35,000 cost of a diversity training seminar.
The arrangement allows for a pair of two-day training sessions for Henry County Police Department supervisors. The first session was in late May at the county’s police training facility in late May and the second session will take place at the end of this month.
