Hapeville sets qualifying dates for November election

Aug 3, 2017The city of Hapeville will hold a general election on Nov. 7 at the Hoyt Smith Conference Center, 3444 North Fulton Avenue in Hapeville for the posts of Councilman At-Large, Councilman Ward I and Councilman Ward II.
Qualifying will begin at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 21 and will end at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 23 in the City Clerk’s Office located at
3468 North Fulton Avenue in Hapeville.
Those desiring to qualify for the position of councilman must file a Notice of Candidacy and submit a qualifying fee of $234.14. Fees must be paid during the qualifying period.
