Hapeville Planning Commission meets on election day

Hapeville Planning Commission holds its meeting on the usual day.

The Hapeville Planning Commission will consider a site plan review during the regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Hapeville City Hall, 700 Doug Davis Drive. The applicant, Cliff Christiansen, applied for a site plan review for property located 437 Walnut Drive.

The commission will also consider two rezoning requests for other residential properties. One request by Prijesh Patel is for a residence at 3477 Rainey Avenue. The second request is from owner Haigavind Desai for 3474 Elkins St.
