Hapeville Planning Commission considers new site plan, permit

The Hapeville Planning Commission will review approval for a new site plan for construction during its regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Hapeville City Hall, 700 Doug Davis Drive. The plan is for Convergent Construction to build six town-homes at 3371 Dogwood Drive.

The commission will also consider a request for a conditional use permit. The permit is for the construction of a 62-foot by 160-foot gravel parking area at 1155 Virginia Ave.
