The Hapeville City Council will hold a meeting 6 p.m. Tuesday at Hapeville City Hall, 700 Doug Davis Drive to consider an on-premise beer, wine and liquor alcohol beverage license for JMP Properties LLC. The applicant, doing business as The Castle Restaurant located at 397 North Central Ave., was denied a request by the Hapeville Alcohol Review Board on Dec. 10.

The council will also consider an action on a budget amendment, which would add $340,000 in newly identified revenue to the current fiscal year budget.

Another item to consider is to select a facilitator for the council retreat. The item was tabled During the Jan. 19 meeting to be discussed now. The delay was to allow the council additional time to consider the various options.
