You can spend some quality time with 27 former Atlanta mayors in advance of the Nov. 7 election.

There’s just one catch: They’re all dead.

Oakland Cemetery is holding a one-day-only walking tour of the graves of more than two dozen former Atlanta mayors on Sunday, Nov. 5. In addition to seeing their gravesites, participants will learn about the mayors’ policies, and legacies.

The mayors interred at Oakland Cemetery include Moses Formwalt, the city’s first mayor, and Maynard Jackson, Jr., Atlanta’s first African-American mayor and the most recently deceased mayor to be buried at the historic cemetery.

Tickets are required and capacity is limited on the tour. You can purchase the tickets for $12 each on the cemetery's website. Students, children and seniors can purchase discounted tickets costing $6.
