Police are trying to identify the woman, who was captured on surveillance video shopping at Belk on Dec. 18. Investigators don’t know how she got the victim’s credit card information, as the card never left his possession.

The man didn’t realize his card information had been compromised until nearly a month after the suspect used it at the store. On Jan. 16, the victim filed a report with police, telling an officer that the suspect spent more than $1,000 at Belk.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact Gwinnett County detectives at 770-513-5300 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Crime Stoppers tips may be rewarded with up to $2,000 if they lead to an arrest or indictment.
