Gwinnett County police are searching for a man who stole packages from the porches of two Snellville homes.

The man was captured in the act on surveillance footage. He parked his car in front of homes with packages on the porch and looked to see if anybody was around. He then walked up to the homes and took the packages back to his car, according to police.

The package taken from the first house contained an essential oil diffuser, and the packages taken from the second home contained numerous items of clothing, according to police reports. Police say he has stolen “several hundred dollars’ worth of items.”

The suspect was seen wearing a blue hoodie, gray sweatpants, black hat and black-and-white shoes. He was driving a dark-colored sedan, according to police.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Gwinnett County detectives at 770-513-5300 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Crime Stoppers tips may be rewarded with up to $2,000 if they lead to an arrest or indictment.
