Partnership Gwinnett, along with more than 150 elected, business and community leaders, will gather for its Economic Development Breakfast 7 to 9:30 a.m. Aug. 7 at Gwinnett Center, 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth. The event is designed to discuss the current status of, future plans for and existing opportunities for the Sugarloaf Corridor.

Panelists will include Norwood Davis, CFO, John Maxwell Leadership Center, representing the Sugarloaf CID; Alpesh Patel, owner, Kana Hotel Group, representing the Sugarloaf Embassy Suites Development; Karen Fine Saltiel, executive vice president, Primerica, representing the largest employer in the corridor; Preston Williams, CEO and managing director at GCVB and Gwinnett Center; and moderator, Lisa Anders, executive director, Explore Gwinnett.

Immediately following the breakfast, attendees are invited to join Partnership Gwinnett next door to the Gwinnett Center for the groundbreaking of the 7,000-square-foot, full-service Embassy Suites Gwinnett-Sugarloaf.
