Gwinnett County police are looking for a burglary suspect who may also be involved in a series of armed robberies.

The suspect, with a bandanna over his face and wearing a camouflage jacket, was captured on surveillance video breaking into the Best 4 Less maintenance company on Harmony Grove Road in Lilburn. Around 12:40 a.m. on Jan. 12, the suspect threw rocks through the business’ window, reached through the broken glass and unlocked the front door, police said.

The suspect tried to take money from “a secure area,” but was unsuccessful, police said. He fled on foot before officers responded to the scene. The suspect was described as a man between 6 feet and 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing between 160 and 170 pounds.

His description and his camouflage jacket matched that of a suspect in armed robberies of pharmacies in Snellville, Lilburn and Loganville. The suspect in those cases struck a Rite Aid on Centerville Highway in Snellville on Jan. 8, a CVS on Burns Road in Lilburn on Jan. 16, and a CVS on Loganville Highway in Loganville on Jan. 21.

Anyone with information about any of these cases is asked to contact Gwinnett County detectives at 770-513-5300 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Crime Stoppers tips may be rewarded with up to $2,000 if they lead to an arrest or indictment.
