Gwinnett approves tire store on Buford Drive

Following a public hearing Nov. 17, Gwinnett Commissioners approved zoning changes to allow a freestanding auto repair and tire store at 2300 Buford Drive in Lawrenceville. The site is a 0.73-acre parcel on the west side of Buford Drive, just south of its intersection with Old Peachtree Road.

The applicant, Erika Perez, is proposing to construct a 6,000-square-foot freestanding building to include five service bays, associated driveways and parking lot with direct driveway access to Buford Drive.
