A group of 25 business and community leaders in Cobb County have formed a non-profit group, Good for Cobb, to support local projects including the relocation of the Atlanta Braves.
John Loud, a home security firm owner, said the group will focus first on promoting the Braves move to Cobb and act as a sounding board for transportation and economic development for the project.
The group includes Angela Huff, Cobb County School District; Bill Dunaway, former Marietta mayor; Sharon Mason, COO, Cobb Chamber and Bob Prillaman, retired Caraustar Industries executive.
