The Grayson City Council voted Monday to approve $13,000 of additional funds for storm water management for the city hall parking lot expansion.

The project will include porous pavers that will handle storm water management in the layering of the materials. The parking lot expansion includes an additional 58 spaces on Grayson Parkway next to city hall and will connect to the existing parking lot and Park Drive behind the Grayson City Center.

The entire project includes selective clearing/demolition, grading, installation of curbing, flumes and other drainage improvements, installation of a permeable paver system, permeable paver walkways, landscaping improvements, striping and signage.
