A Senoia woman has won $7 million on a Georgia Lottery instant ticket.

Holly Adams bought the winning Max The Money ticket at a Publix supermarket in Peachtree City. She claimed her prize on Sept. 8, Georgia Lottery officials said.

Three days after Adams cashed in, on Sept. 11, a Lawrenceville family claimed a $1 million Powerball prize.

Thomas and Mary Manicone of Lawrenceville and their sons, Dominic and Michael, split the winnings from a Powerball ticket purchased at Murphy Oil in Gwinnett County.

Winning numbers from the Aug. 22 Powerball drawing were: 4-12-14-21-55 and the Powerball was 7.
