The continuing reconstruction of the I-285/Ga. 400 interchange and the repaving of Ga. 9 will affect overnight traffic in North Fulton County, the Georgia Department of Transportation announced.
From 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Saturday, two left lanes of I-285 eastbound and two left lanes of I-285 westbound will be closed for roadway and bridge construction between Glenridge Drive and Peachtree Dunwoody Road in the Sandy Springs area.
The work is "weather permitting" and subject to change. Information: https://bit.ly/2jfU8S7
Separately, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Friday, GDOT crews will implement single, rolling lane closures for paving operations on northbound Ga. 9 – 14th Street, West Peachtree Street, Peachtree Road and Roswell Road – from Northside Drive in Midtown Atlanta, through Buckhead, to I-285 in Sandy Springs.
Crews will be raising manholes, part of an ongoing milling, inlay, patching and resurfacing and restriping project for Ga. 9, GDOT said. The project is expected to be completed in August.
