The Gateway85 Gwinnett Community Improvement District (CID), formerly known as the Gwinnett Village CID, will vote at 7:30 a.m. July 12 to levy an ad valorem taxation rate of 5 mills and will set its millage rate for the current calendar year at the CID offices, 1770 Indian Trail Road, Suite 150, in Norcross. The millage rate has been 5 mills each year.

View assessed taxable value of the properties subject to taxes for the current year and immediately preceding five years, the total dollar amount of ad valorem taxes proposed to be levied for the current year and levied in the immediately preceding five years, as well as the percentage and total dollar increases or decreases with respect to the immediately preceding calendar year at www.gateway85.com/gateway85-millage-notice.

Gateway85 Gwinnett is the largest single CID in Georgia and serves as a public-private partnership funded by commercial property owners in the 14-square mile area spanning the I-85 corridor in southwest Gwinnett. Formed in 2005, the formerly named Gwinnett Village CID represents more than 550 owners, accounting for more than $1 billion in commercial property value.
