Fulton has opened nine fire stations and two senior centers as warming stations and emergency shelters.
Those seeking shelter should bring a photo ID, enough warm clothing for three days, toiletries, medication, baby items like formula and diapers, cell phone chargers, phone numbers for key contacts and books and other items for children.
