We are tracking what’s happening in downtown Atlanta as more than 100,000 people are expected to converge each day for Final Four basketball games, fan festivities and free concerts.
11:36 p.m. — Michigan beats Syracuse, 61-56, and heads to the championship game against Louisville Monday night.
9:30 p.m. — Technical issue fixed, sound back on, Muse starts playing again at Centennial Park.
9:21 p.m. - Syracuse and Michigan, both No. 4 seeds, have started playing in the second game of the Final Four.
9:19 p.m. - Sound has cut out during what is being reported as a "technical issue" during Muse concert. 35,000 people in attendance.
8:54 p.m.- British rock band Muse is performing before a packed Centennial Park.
8:37 p.m. - No. 1-seed Louisville eeks out a win against Wichita State in the final moments of the first game of the Final Four.
6:20 p.m. - The first game of the Final Four has tipped off at the Georgia Dome, and underdog Wichita State has an 8-0 lead over No.-1-ranked Louisville.
5:39 p.m. - With 30 minutes to go until tip-off of the Louisville-Wichita State game, fans are filing into the Georgia Dome quickly and smoothly at Gate D.
5:35 p.m.- MARTA was jammed with fans trying to get to the Dome. Not too much pushing until the westbound train stopped far from the crowd and people were rushing to get onboard. Some people complained that MARTA needs more trains or crowd control on the platforms.
4:52 p.m.- Police spokesman says person at Atlantic Station had a medical problem, but was not struck by a vehicle, and was alert and conscious when transported to the hospital.
4:40 p.m.- Atlanta police and fire personnel are responding to reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle at 17th and State streets in Atlantic Station. There was no immediate word from police on the severity of injuries.
3:30 p.m.- Ludacris has taken the stage at Centennial Olympic Park, wearing a Louisville Cardinals #5 Kevin Ware jersey.
3:20 p.m.- Police investigating report of a lost child at Centennial Olympic Park. Black female, 14 years old, 115 pounds, wearing a green shirt, navy blue pants and white sandals, last seen shortly after noon at the park.
3:15 p.m.- Big crowd reported at the Sandy Springs MARTA station.
2:45 p.m.- ESPN College Gameday is underway, live from Atlantic Station.
1:45 p.m.- Big crowd in Centennial Olympic Park to see the Macklemore and Ryan Lewis concert
1:20 p.m.- The Williams Street ramp from the Downtown Connector is beginning to back up onto the connector, jamming southbound traffic back to around 10th Street.
12:30 p.m.- MARTA reports problems at the Arts Center station causing a 10 minute delay on red and gold line trains.
Noon - Centennial Olympic Park gates have opened for today's series of Big Dance Concerts. The lineup: Yacht Rock Revue, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Ludacris, Flo Rida and Muse.
9:20 a.m. - Department of Transportation traffic cameras show smooth sailing on interstates headed into Atlanta. Only backup is on I-75 southbound south of the airport, headed away from downtown, and that jam clears around Tara Boulevard.
7:30 a.m. - Saturday's Final Four 5K road race got underway at the Georgia World Congress Center under bright 50-degree sunshine.
