Final chance for public input on Highway 20 Corridor in Sugar Hill

Sugar Hill is wrapping up the Highway 20 Corridor Study. The city will be presenting final recommendations for public comment at an open house 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 28 at City Hall, 5039 West Broad St.

Members of the community interested in reviewing the team’s findings may drop in any time during the event to view the display and to ask questions or give feedback. The public is invited to comment on the overall development vision, visual character and land-use policy recommendations.

Earlier this year, Sugar Hill contracted with Bleakly Advisory Group for a market analysis to determine the demand for certain categories of real estate along Highway 20. With assistance from TSW, a professional planning firm, the city has been working to visualize and make recommendations for the development potential of key locations within the study area.
