Cobb Community Development Block Grant Office staff is open to grant program year 2021 applications from nonprofit organizations.

Applications may be made for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).

This grant money will come to Cobb from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

To help nonprofits, workshops will provide them with opportunities to learn more about the application process and information to assist them with strengthening their organizations’ grant applications.

  • 2 p.m. Feb. 18. South Cobb Regional Library, 805 Clay Road, Mableton
  • 2 p.m. Feb. 26. Mountain View Regional Library, 3320 Sandy Plains Road, Marietta
  • 2 p.m. March 3. West Cobb Regional Library, 1750 Dennis Kemp Lane, Kennesaw
  • 2 p.m. March 10. Aline Wolfe Adult Recreation Center, 884 Church St., Smyrna
  • 2 p.m. March 26. Ron Anderson Recreation Center, 3820 Macedonia Road, Powder Springs

Grant applications will be accepted Monday through April 3.
