The city of Fayetteville will use two upcoming events to solicit public opinion about its Master Path Plan.
Booths will be set up 10 a.m.-5 p.m. during the Main Street Market on Oct. 27 and at 5:30 p.m. at the Free Movie Under the Stars on Nov. 16, both of which will take place on the Old Courthouse Lawn on the downtown square. City representatives will be on hand to offer information about the plan, which seeks to add more pedestrian infrastructure such as paths and bridges to connect more of the city center to nearby residential and retail areas, including Fayette Pavilion, Togwatee Village, Piedmont Fayette Hospital and Pinewood Forest.
Participants can complete a short survey about the plan and sign up to receive further updates by email.
