The city of Fayetteville has begun drafting a comprehensive new Downtown Master Plan focusing on integrated development for live/work areas. Proposed projects include new housing developments along Grady Avenue and S. Glynn Street, as well as redevelopment of existing residential and commercial areas.
The plan also addresses traffic flow, density levels and amenity space.
An initial concept plan, with maps and style examples, is online at www.fayetteville-ga.gov.
