Fayette County Public Schools will hold a job fair to fill multiple nonteaching positions for the coming school year.
The system seeks qualified candidates for custodians, bus drivers, school nutrition assistants and after-school aides. The job fair will be held 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on July 23 at the Goza Road Operations Center, 939 Goza Road in Fayetteville. Candidates can apply online beforehand at www.fcboe.org using the Position Openings tab under Quick Links. Applicants who don’t have computer access or need assistance can use computers at the fair to complete the process. Applicants must be able to complete any required physical exams or drug screenings and pass a criminal background check. Candidates will be interviewed on site by the hiring departments, and should bring several copies of their resumes and cover letters.
