The Fayette County Public Library in Fayetteville and the Peachtree City Library will be closed Friday through Monday while updates to the PINES integrated library system software are being done, and for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
No PINES service will be available while the maintenance is being done, including online access to library accounts and access to e-books through the Georgia Download Destination system. No fines will accrue while the libraries are closed; patrons are asked to keep their materials until Tuesday, when the PINES system will be back online at 6 a.m. and regular library hours will resume.
