Items for consideration at the upcoming city of Fairburn council meeting include a lease agreement with a traffic school and continued participation in a toilet rebate program.
The lease with A-Knight’s Traffic School, which has previously fulfilled its contractual commitments with the city, would cover a three-year period effective April 1 at $2,000 per month, generating revenue of $24,000 a year. The school operates at 310 West Broad St.
The memorandum of agreement with the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District would continue participation in the district-wide toilet retrofit program, in an amount not to exceed $2,500.
The Fairburn city council meets at 7 p.m., Monday.
