The Fairburn Police Department is hosting a public meeting about identity theft and scams 6 p.m. Wednesday at Fairburn City Hall, 56 Southwest Malone Street. The meeting will provide discussiond on how identity theft and scams happen as well as tips and strategies for protecting oneself against predators.
