Mother Nature is going to be a dancing fool this summer in DeKalb County.
The Dunwoody Nature Center has announced the lineup for its summer concert series.
There will be everything from a Red Hot Chili Peppers cover band to a New Orleans parade-style outfit.
The first concert will be May 12 and the last on July 21.

The performances are heldevery other Saturday in the meadow, under the shade of the sweetgum and magnolia trees. They run from 7 to 9 p.m. Come on by at 6 p.m. for picnicking, games and “craft beer specifically chosen for each show.”
Set yourselves up at the center’s picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, back porch deck, or bring your own blanket and chairs.
The concerts are free for members; it's $50 a year per family. For non-member families: adults pay $5, children pay $3 and it's free from children age 3 and younger. Tickets can be purchasing in advance or at the nature center.

You can park at the center or at the construction site for the new Austin Elementary School, formerly the baseball fields, which is a minute walk to the venue.

May 12, Sunset Ride (classic rock)

June 23, Heather Gillis Band (Rock, Roots)
“Heather Gillis, is the complete package as a guitarist, lap steel player, songwriter, singer and arranger ... Heather is a full-time member of (Allman Brothers drummer) Butch Trucks’ current band “Butch Trucks and the Freight Train Band.”
July 7, Wren and the Wravens (Retro Soul)

July 21, Honeyboy and Boots (Americana)
