The Dunwoody Zoning Board of Appeals will review six requests during its special called meeting 6 p.m. Thursday at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East Suite 103.

Dunwoody Crown Towers, the owner of 244 Perimeter Center Parkway, is requesting a variance for construction of a development with both residential and non-residential uses.

The remaining five applicants are seeking permission to improve private residential property: two requests, for properties at 5171 Lakeside Drive and 4390 Georgetown Way, seek variances on the retaining wall ordinance, to be build walls higher than the law allows; another two request yard setback variances, to build a deck at 1195 Dunbrook Lane and a garage at 1185 Wynterhall Lane; and the last request is to build a six foot fence at 1321 Nerine Circle.
