Dunwoody Zoning Board considers variance for retainer wall

The Dunwoody Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m Thursday at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103.

The board will consider a request from the owner of property located in the 4800 block of Valley View Court, for a special exception variance to build a retainer wall higher than generally allowed by city law, and within the city’s stream buffer.
