The Dunwoody City Council will consider a special land use permit during the regular meeting at 6 p.m. Monday at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103.

Jessica Hill, attorney for Transwestern, applicant owner of a portion of 1134 Hammond Road and 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Drive is seeking a permit to increase the building height from two stories or 35 feet to 20 stories or 300 feet on a portion of the Perimeter Mall campus.

The council will also consider a special land use permit for David Blumenthal, on behalf of Dirk Laukien, owner of 5490 Chamblee Dunwoody Road. The owner seeks the permit to exceed the maximum allowed parking in the Dunwoody Village Overlay District.
