Dump truck crash shuts down Perimeter

A dump truck hit four vehicles and spilled debris, shutting down the Outer Loop for more than two hours early Friday at New Northside Drive.

The crash also closed the Inner Loop temporarily, according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center.

The Inner Loop and Outer Loop have reopened, and delays that stretched back to Riverside Drive were improving just before 5:40 a.m.
