Duluth will hold a general election Nov. 7 to elect three council members. Voters will cast their ballots for Post 1, currently held by Marsha A. Bomar, Post 2, currently held by Jim Dugan, and Post 3, currently held by Robert W. “Billy” Jones.

Qualifying for these positions will be held 8:30 a.m. Aug. 21 through 4:30 p.m. Aug. 23 at Duluth City Hall, 3167 Main St. Each council seat requires a qualification fee of $180.

To vote in this election, residents must register by 5 p.m. Oct. 10.
