A Duluth man is headed to Super Bowl 50 this weekend — for free — just for attending a training session for work.

Patrick Finnick, broker and owner of RE/MAX Center, was attending a Momentum training last month when he entered a drawing for Sunday's NFL championship game in San Francisco. He won, and his prize included an all-expenses-paid trip, including two tickets, round-trip airfare and hotel accommodation.

"It was a tremendous surprise to be selected as the winner of the Super Bowl 50 drawing. I think Super Bowl tickets are on everyone's bucket list," Finnick said in a written statement. "I am very excited about this trip and marking another item off my personal bucket list."

In addition to enjoying the game between the Carolina Panthers and Denver Broncos, Finnick was awarded a spending allowance to dish out while in San Francisco.

“These brokers have thriving offices that are attracting agents to join them and they are our MVPs,” Dane Ellison, CEO, RE/MAX Regional Services, said in a written statement. “Providing a deserving person with Super Bowl tickets is a way to show our appreciation and reward a member our team.”
