Duluth open house will outline new multi-family housing project

The Residential Group (TRG) will host an open house to help answer Duluth citizens’ questions about the rezoning proposal for TRG’s multi-family project 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20 at 3256 Buford Highway.

This open house format will provide an informal opportunity for the public to meet with the applicant/developer, learn about the proposal and provide feedback on the proposed 258 multi-family unit project. Participants may drop in at any time during the two-hour event.

The Residential Group is the same developer behind District at Duluth, the city’s first multi-story mixed-use development. The project is part of the city’s revitalization of the Duluth Main Street area providing residents walkable access to the Duluth Festival Center, Town Green, neighborhood retail and restaurants.
