Duluth mayor plans state of the city address

Duluth Mayor Nancy Harris will update residents and business owners at the 2016 State of the City Address at 7 p.m. Jan. 25 at City Hall, 3167 Main St.

Mayor Harris will provide updates on the city’s Downtown Duluth projects and provide information about future projects.
