Ongoing construction in downtown Duluth continues to create a few challenges for drivers this week. Due to unforeseen utility conflicts, Hill Street, from Highway 120 to W. Lawrenceville Street, will remain closed through Friday, Oct. 30. Every effort is being made to expedite construction and keep traffic flowing. Residents and visitors to Duluth are reminded all downtown businesses remain open.
