Original report:
A DeKalb County Indian restaurant failed its recent health inspection with officials noting a variety of concerns, including “excessively soiled aprons.”
Raduni Indian Cuisine, located at 2566 Shallowford Road Suite 112, received a 58 last week, a hard fall from a 100 in January, the report said.
The inspector noted some items, such as a cheese grater, stored as clean but with food residue. Two cookie sheets and a cutting board were stored on the floor as clean, the report said.
Raw meat was stored in shopping bags.

The staff was also advised to plug a crack in the back door that could allow pests inside, the report said.
Rafi Shawom, an employee in charge Thursday, said the issues had been corrected and the restaurant expects to pass its next check.
Restaurants that fail are generally re-inspected within 10 days.
