DeKalb County closing road to remove large tree

DeKalb County Roads Department announced that Palafox Drive NE, between Argonne Way NE and Ogilvie Drive NE, will be closed to through-traffic 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 2. Crews will be on site to remove a large oak tree. Residents living in the neighborhood will have access during the closure.

Motorists are urged to seek alternate routes.

Road closure and detour signs will be placed in the area to advise motorists of traffic restrictions.
