Original story: A DeKalb County Chinese takeout restaurant failed its recent health inspection with concerns about raw meat contaminating cooked food.
Jerry Yum's, located at 3522 Flat Shoals Road in Decatur, received a 68 on the check last Thursday, according to the inspector's report.
Among the issues noted was raw chicken and beef containers stored with noodles and lo mien. Cooked chicken pieces and wings were seen cooling inside the lids of raw chicken cardboard boxes, the report said.
