LifeLine Animal Project will be holding a free health event for cats and dogs this Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Shoal Creek Park II.

The park is located at 3643 Glenwood Road, Decatur. No registration is necessary for the first-come, first-served event. Dogs should be on a leash and cats in a carrier.

“Healthy Pets DeKalb” will provide a “slew” of free services and items to DeKalb pet owners, according to a news release. The slew includes vaccinations, vouchers for spay/neuters to use at LifeLine’s spay and neuter clinics, microchipping, pet registration, dog and cat food, collars and leashes, and more.

For more information on Healthy Pets DeKalb, call 404-292-8800 or email community@lifelineanimal.org.
