A barbecue restaurant in DeKalb County failed a routine health inspection this week after an official noted "heavy accumulation" of mold or dirt inside the drink nozzles.
The report also says that food was prepared with bare hands and raw pork ribs were thawed with hot water rather than cold water at Hodges Legends Cafe in Decatur.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution could not reach anyone at this location for comment.
