Cumming park community building readied

Even though finishing touches are still being put on the new community building at Cumming City Park, it is partially open.

City spokeswoman Crystal Ledford said art, dance and exercise classes are underway at the 27,000-square-foot facility, and staff members are moving into offices. She said the large conference center area is not yet complete, and that some exterior work is still being done, such as landscaping and parking.
