Neighborhood will lose 300 trees
Kennesaw will take down more than 300 trees in the 117-acre Legacy Park community starting in late January. The trees which were planted in city right of ways did not have enough space to grow and have caused streets, curbs and sidewalks to buckle with most problems in the Winterthur and Gramercy neighborhoods. Trees marked with white dots will be removed. Tucker McQueen for the AJC
