Cobb County police said Friday they are looking for a duo who held up a hotel with a screwdriver.

Cops said in a news release that two men robbed Homewood Suites, at 3200 Cobb Pkwy. across from Akers Mill Square, about 9 p.m. Thursday.

Investigators said the pair walked into the hotel demanding money. Cops said one man showed an employee he had a screwdriver and the other got an undisclosed amount of cash. They ran off.

The man with the screwdriver was described as 6 feet tall in his 30s who was wearing black sunglasses, a black leather jacket, a black knit hat, a black shirt and blue jeans.

The other man was estimated to be the same height and approximate age with a mustache and light beard wearing a black hooded jacket and black pants.

Anyone with information can call 770-499-3945.
