A jury on Friday convicted a Clayton County police officer of DUI and speeding, but acquitted him of two other charges, Channel 2 Action News reports.

Officer Martin Jones was found not guilty of reckless driving and another DUI-related offense, according to the station.

Jones was pulled over on I-20 in DeKalb County last November. He was driving 105 miles per hour in a 65-miles-per hour zone, and had a blood-alcohol level of 0.115, prosecutors said.

But Jones' attorney argued he wasn't drunk and that the test wasn't administered properly, Channel 2 reports.

Sentencing will be held later.
