Construction to delay traffic this weekend

Road and construction projects this weekend on East Trinity Place between College Avenue and Church Street are certain to delay Decatur traffic.

The Trinity Triangle development is planning foundation work 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday with additional weekend work anticipated the next one to two months. Also, East Trinity fronting Fire Station No. 1 will be brightly painted Saturday and Sunday—discouraging vehicles from blocking the station’s driveway—with only a single lane of traffic open during the work.
