Gwinnett County commissioners are slated to ratify employment contracts and promotions for several key county administrators Tuesday. Phil Hoskins, the current community services director, will be the new deputy county administrator. Finance Director Maria Woods will become the county’s CFO. The corrections department will be led by Darrell Johnson, who will permanently fill the position of warden. Gwinnett’s new information technology director will be Abe Kani, who previously served as a project executive at eNovation Inc. and as chief information officer for the state of Florida and the cities of Atlanta and Memphis.
