The Cobb Planning Commission recommended the project Tuesday, advising 450 instead of 481 units the developer plans and lowering building heights from three to two stories The Concerned Citizens of East Cobb group has opposed the project for two years, citing the density of the plan, impact on adjacent properties and concerns over stream buffers.
