Residents can comment on a draft update of the North Fulton Comprehensive Transportation Plan through Nov. 29.

The plan is a joint effort by the Atlanta Regional Commission and the cities of Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Mountain Park, Roswell and Sandy Springs, and is now in the recommendations phase, according to an announcement by Johns Creek.

The document details $1.1 billion in transportation projects and programs including bicycle, pedestrian, trail, bridge, intersection/interchange, roadway capacity and roadway operational projects. It can be viewed online at http://www.northfultonctp.com/resources.html.

Residents can submit comments by email to info@northfultonctp.com.

The plan's authors earlier this year had two rounds of public meetings. The update to the 2010 plan ultimately "will establish a vision for North Fulton's transportation future," according to the effort's website.
